董仲君，臨淮人也，以氣煉形，百餘歲不老。常見誣繫獄，佯死臭爛生蟲，獄家舉出而復生。車子侯扶風人也，漢武帝愛其清靜，一朝語家云：補仙官此春當去至夏中暫還少時復去果如其言。
王興陽城人也常居宛谷中，本凡民不知無學道之意也。漢武帝元封二年正月甲子，上嵩高山登大虞石起道宮使董仲君、東方朔等齋潔思神忽見仙人長及二丈餘耳出頭頂下垂至肩武帝禮問之仙人曰吾九嶷山人也聞中嶽石山菖蒲一寸九節服之可以長生故來採之言訖忽失所在。
壽光侯能劾百鬼衆魅令自縛見形其鄉婦為魅所病侯為劾之得大蛇數丈死於門外又有神樹止者輒死鳥過必墜侯復劾之樹盛夏枯落見大蛇長七八丈懸死其中。
衛叔卿服雲母得仙漢武帝天漢二年八月壬辰老君遣衛叔卿來見帝時閑居殿上忽見羽衣星冠乘雲車駕白鹿而至帝驚問為誰答曰中山衛叔卿也帝曰子若是中山之民乃朕臣可前共語Uncle 卿忽焉不知所在。
