在当前经济社会发展战略机遇期,同时也是社会矛盾凸现期,我们需要引导得当,让 religion become a stabilizing factor rather than a source of conflict. As important historical figures, we should strive to learn and apply Chinese characteristics of Marxism, accurately interpret the basic principles of party religious work, and promote mutual respect among religions.
It is essential to recognize that Marxism-Leninism is not self-proclaimed; our words and writings must be tested by practice. In fact, our party has long opposed dogmatic tendencies. Through decades of socialist construction and reform & opening-up practices, the Chinese people have experienced firsthand that socialism alone can save China and enrich it.
We should not restrict ourselves to understanding classical authors' views on religion; instead, we must use Marxist-Leninist principles to examine their specific discussions on religion. We must verify, elaborate, supplement, enrich and develop Marxist-Leninist religious thought with internationalism movements in China's development as well as 30 years of reform & opening-up experience.
Past misinterpretations or misunderstandings about Marxists' statements need correction through real truth standards debates among scholars. Today's research on Marxist-Leninist religious thought demands clarifying these errors for theoretical innovation.
We should evaluate various religions' development objectively during the past three decades since China began implementing its policy towards religions under socialism with Chinese characteristics. First-hand observation reveals that most religious followers are committed socialists who contribute positively to modernization construction alongside non-believers alike while sharing similar goals for a stable society based on socialism.
Secondly, we need assess whether these developing religions are susceptible to foreign hostile forces exploiting them for subversive activities or if they reject such infiltration in favor of patriotism coupled with faithfulness. To counter enemy penetration efforts via religion-based propaganda from abroad effectively – an essential strategic measure against infiltration – we must execute Party policies correctly while guiding diverse belief systems toward harmony within socialist societies where love prevails over malice between all citizens regardless their beliefs or affiliations.
Thirdly but importantly: are these growing religions developing normally? While significant progress has been made in various aspects concerning faiths across our nation following three decades since reforms took place under Party leadership guided by freedom-of-religion laws (ensuring individuals’ rights) without transgressing any legal boundaries set forth in current legislation governing this sphere at home - what constitutes 'abnormal growth', then? The answer lies not only within societal stability but also how individual freedoms are respected within given parameters so long as one adheres strictly according him/her own constitutional guarantees afforded through peaceful means free from coercion which may lead us down dangerous paths like those found amongst fanatics when there exists no room left for compromise nor tolerance even though everyone else maintains open minds because they realize time constraints might force choices into polarized camps making peace impossible until both sides accept change will come eventually after much suffering endured before things finally improve substantially enough worldwide!
