臣闻，大道渊深，开来必先溯往，真宗蕃衍，启后正宜光前。恭惟，玉都师相，吕圣真君，唐儒高蹈，古圣临凡，梦醒黄梁，心轻紫绶。
十试不迷真性，九年而得飞升。随方阐教到处济人。隐显无常三界飞行。慈当庆贺圣号称扬。
金乌依转郁罗台万道霞光射九垓。云拥旌幢离御座风吹仙旆下瑶阶。伏以唐朝得道宋室开玄拜正阳而上辅玉皇赐宝剑而下降妖怪遍现十方行大化默游三界救众生方方垂训处处显神兹当朝奏必假香传。
此香者兰林上品海窟灵根其立本也则至大至刚其为用也则有情有性一炷才拈高真洞鉴传香有偈宝号宣扬。
举香云达信天尊提科道香德香师宝香妙洞真香灵宝香表白三炷真香炉内焚表文一函达上苍皈命礼道宝郁罗萧台上太极涵三包罗森万象志一心诵持忏除身业罪是故皈依长福消灾障。
皈命礼经宝紫微琼台上凤篆龙章诸天藏志一心诵持忏除心业罪是故皈依长福消灾障。皈命礼师宝白台上演法度人普度人无量志一心诵持忏除口业罪是故皈依长福消灾障。

Nine heavens above, called the Great Luo. The Jade Capital is in the center, with a vast and towering cloud layer. There is a Heavenly Emperor residing here, kind and benevolent. He holds the highest virtue without any equal, subduing all demons and spirits in heaven and earth.
The heavenly treasures are precious jewels; the laws are golden rules; there are countless gods and immortals; there are numerous banners waving in the air. When people hear this news, their sins will be eradicated forever, entering a state of eternal happiness.
We humbly follow your orders to establish a temple for worshiping you as our teacher. We sincerely offer incense to express our gratitude for your blessings.
In response to your commandment of enlightenment through incense offering:
Incense from Lanlin's best grade flowers from Heaven's Cave.
A symbol of great power and strength.
It represents emotions and nature.
One stick can last long enough for one person to attain enlightenment.
Your majesty can discern its quality instantly.
This incense has been passed down through generations with an authentic story behind it.
Your name shall be announced throughout heaven and earth as we honor you with offerings.
With deep respect, we beg forgiveness for our past transgressions against heaven's law. May this act purify our souls so that we may seek rebirth into another life cycle free from suffering.
By following these teachings:
Breathe deeply while meditating on each line of text from Dao De Jing
Reflect on each word while visualizing them entering my heart
Repeat these words like mantras during meditation
I hope that by following these steps I can eliminate my karma accumulated over many lifetimes so that I may achieve spiritual growth without obstacles or hindrances.
Please accept this humble gift offered by us who have sought guidance under your divine wisdom:
Offerings made to honor you at temples dedicated solely to your worship
Seeking protection under your watchful eye when facing challenges or dangers
Through faithfulness in following Daoist teachings based on love towards others
May my actions align with universal principles guided by compassion towards all beings
May I continue walking along the path leading me closer towards true understanding
And eventually attain liberation through self-realization guided by wisdom acquired through devotion toward higher realms
As I ascend higher up Mount Tai
My spirit becomes lighter than before
Focusing solely on cultivating inner goodness within myself
Freeing myself completely from worldly desires
Letting go of attachments binding me down
Finally reaching complete liberation where no more suffering exists
Guided by grace received directly from divinity itself
To fully understand how much grace was bestowed upon me by becoming enlightened under such divine guidance
This realization brings about profound joy filling every corner of my soul
