陕西道协网讯，2014年1月18日，临潼明圣宫慈爱功德会秘书长徐兴康道长带领的工作团队前往临潼区东安村老母殿组，对该地区60岁以上的贫困老人进行了慰问活动，并赠送新春慰问金。这些受访者对功德会的关怀表示了深深的感激之情，其中一位76岁的雷广乾老人 tearfully expressed his gratitude, saying that the temple had been facing difficulties but still managed to extend help to them. Xu Xingkang, the secretary general of the charity association, stated that it was their responsibility and duty to assist those in need and solve their problems. Since its establishment on October 9th, 2012, the charity association has actively participated in various poverty alleviation and educational assistance activities which have received widespread praise and support from all walks of society. Looking forward to a new year and a fresh start, the association will further refine its systems and explore innovative approaches to aid more disadvantaged groups in building a harmonious society.
