祁志诚，字信甫，号洞明子，是一位在金元时期活跃的道教大师。他出生于钧州阳翟（今河南禹县），是全真教的掌教。祁志诚从小就有着非凡的命运，他14岁的时候被蒙古兵掳走，但他幸运地得以存活，并在太原找到了新的家和师傅。他的养父虽然希望他结婚成家，但祁志诚选择了修行道术，他认为自己应该像丘处机那样将自己的生死置之度外，用自己的方式来感化那些无辜的人。
随后，祁志诚前往云州，在那里建立了一座简易的道观乐全庵，并开始了45年的修行传道生活。在这个过程中，他不仅治愈病人，还游历山水间，为人们带去安慰和智慧。他的名声 gradually spread, and he eventually became the master of the Chongxuan Temple on Mount Jue.
Przhi Zheng was not only a great spiritual leader but also a wise statesman. He was once summoned by the imperial court to provide advice on how to govern the country. His answer, "A man should stand firm in his convictions and not be swayed by external influences," impressed everyone who heard it.
Throughout his life, Przhi Zheng devoted himself to spreading Buddhism and protecting people from suffering. He was respected and loved by all who knew him. When he passed away at the age of 75, thousands of people came to mourn his death, a testament to his influence and legacy.
